How to send Bulk Email using Gmail Mail Merge?

Compose & Draft an Email:
1] Open your Gmail and log in to your account using your Email ID and Password.
2]In the upper-left corner, click the “Compose” button to start drafting a new email.
3] For now, leave the recipient field empty, you’ll add them later in the process.
4] Enter the subject of your email to give recipients an idea about that mail.
5] Start composing the body of an email and save it as draft.
Create Google Sheet for Email:
6] Go to Google Sheets
7] Create a new blank spreadsheet where you will store the email addresses and other data.
8] In Google Sheets, click on the “Extensions” menu, then select “Add-ons,” and choose “Get Add-ons.”
9] In the Add-ons marketplace, search for “Mergo Mail Merge.”
10] Locate the Mergo Mail Merge add-on and click on it.
11] Click the “Install” button to add the Mergo Mail Merge add-on to your Google Sheets.
12] Grant the necessary permissions for the add-on.
13] Select the Google account associated with the Gmail account you want to use for sending the emails.
14] After granting permissions, reload the Google Sheets page to activate the add-on.
15] You should see a new sidebar labeled “Merge Add-ons” on the right side of your Google Sheets.
16] Click on “Merge Add-on” to access the Mergo Mail Merge functionalities.
17] Click “Import” to import email addresses from your Google Contacts into your Google Sheet.
18] Your email addresses should now be imported into your Google Sheet.
19] Come back to “Mail Merge” page and choose the Gmail draft you saved earlier.
20]Enable the tracking toggle button and click “Send Emails” to initiate the mail merge process. Your message will be sent to the emails you added.
21] You can monitor the status of your email merge in the “Merge Status” section to ensure all emails are sent successfully.
22] You can track the response of the email that we sent using Mergo Mail Merge.
